Molly Olson is a dedicated occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies (Pre-OT) and Business from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University.
She began her career in acute care and short-term rehab settings, as well as senior living communities, gaining experience across a variety of patient populations. She is LSVT® certified, specializing in evidence-based techniques to improve movement, strength, and function for individuals with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. Molly has also had the opportunity to mentor and instruct new therapists, sharing her knowledge and fostering growth in others.
Molly enjoys providing hands-on, patient-centered care, utilizing manual therapy and individualized strategies to help patients recover faster, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. She is also skilled in SoftWave therapy, an innovative approach she thoughtfully integrates into treatment plans to enhance healing and improve patient outcomes. Driven to be a continual learner, Molly is committed to exploring the latest research and techniques to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. She is passionate about guiding each person toward better health, function, and overall quality of life.
